Greta Elizondo

Greta Elizondo decided she would be a professional ballerina at the age of ten. At eighteen, after studying and auditioning in New York and Monterrey, and overcoming a foot injury, she accepted an apprenticeship with the National Dance Company that promised no salary and no guarantee she would get to dance. Now, as soloist for the National Dance Company in Mexico, her roles have included some of the most famous and dramatic characters of the dance world, such as Giselle and Odette. Although her days are filled with rehearsals starting at 7am, she finds time to be an avid lover of art and fashion and an entrepreneur.
